Our Brand Story
SILKYO is a start up jewelry brand that was founded in October 2021 in the City of Toronto. We started as an online store, offering high-end jewelry made with sea pearls and 18K gold for affordable prices.
In January 2022, SILKYO opened its first physical studio in Toronto, which allows customers to experience our jewelry in person. In October 2023, we opened a new studio in Vancouver to help spread the love of affordable and accessible jewelry.
We advocate for high quality materials at a reasonable price. We believe in lifetime warranties and flexible product customizations to delight our customers.

We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products that everyone can afford and delivering exceptional services. Creating better products with better materials at a lower price point. That’s why we offer lifetime warranties, free product redesigns and free exchange and returns on all of our jewelry.
Our goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and that they can enjoy it for years to come. We launch new products every two weeks, which are manufactured abroad to help save labor costs that we can pass onto our customers.
Our Design
At SILKYO, we think that great design doesn’t have to come from famous designers. Good design should be inherent to great products.
Sometimes, our founder designs the jewelry herself drawing on external inspiration, while other times we collaborate with independent global designers. We refrain from adding additional markup from designers. We take pride in our unique designs, and we hope you love them too.
Our Packaging
Pragmatism runs through our brand. We are working towards providing 100% sustainable packaging in the future with our packaging . We will not use packaging to deceive our customers;
we will let our product quality speak for itself. We'd rather provide extra value to our customers, such as complimentary cleaning cloths for your earrings, or a superb travel case to hold all of your treasured belongings.
Our company is proud to have a female founder and a workforce that is 90% women. We are committed to creating a friendly work environment that welcomes part-time or full-time employment, and supporting working women from all walks of life, including students and those enjoying motherhood.
We believe that every woman deserves equal opportunities and respect. Our customer service team consists of three representatives located in Toronto, Vancouver, and the US. We are enthusiastic about helping our customers and providing professional, prompt and effective pre-sales and after-sales services.
